Q How much will it cost to have my building cleaned?
A We must complete a separate evaluation on each building because of many variables that affect the price such as access, substrate, etc. Click here to learn more about this process.
Q How does your pricing compare to pressure washing.
A Typically, as the size of the structure grow, our prices are actually lower than pressure washing. Additionally, it is very difficult to put a price on the damage your building may suffer due to high pressure.
Q How long will my building stay clean?
A The honest answer to that question is we cannot give you an exact time frame because the environment around every building is different. However long it took the building to become dirty from when it was constructed is how long it should stay clean after we are finished.
Q How long will it take to clean my building?
A This also depends on the size and accessibility of your building. Our process is 5 to 6 times faster than conventional methods. Most buildings that we clean take days or weeks. Rarely are we on a job for more than a month.
A Is my landscaping going to be damaged?
Q Absolutely not.
Q Why are the conventional methods of cleaning bad for my building.
A All conventional methods of cleaning use an abrasive force of water, sand, metal beads, etc. to clean. Evidence of etched surfaces are easy to find after these methods are employed. This is permanent damage that cannot be repaired. These methods can also damage mortar and caulk joints and have the potential for causing water intrusion issues into the envelope of the building.
Q What if I have a building with lots of pedestrian traffic during the day.
A We will clean your building at night and on the weekends. We will work with you to create a plan to minimize any inconvenience to clients or employees. We have actually cleaned building in which the employees never saw us throughout the entire process.
Q Where is your service area?
A We have cleaned buildings from San Antonio, Texas to Tampa, Florida to White Plains, New York and all points between. We have no problem traveling anywhere in the continental United States.
Q Is there a substrate that you cannot clean?
A No. If it is dirty from biological growth, we can clean it.
Q Can you remove stains from rust, red clay, etc.
A While many times we can, we cannot make any guarantees. A lot of this issue depends on how porous the substrate is and how long the stain has been there.
